What is included in a stay?
Each accommodation page lists what comes with it. In Puerto Plata the resort around your residence is all-inclusive and considerable — several beaches, more than a dozen pools, restaurants and bars across the complex — and the residence itself adds its own space, outlook and privileges. Private transfers on arrival and departure are coordinated for you, and your concierge is available throughout the stay.
How do the rates work, and what does the price cover?
Every accommodation is published with its rate, shown as the figure a stay begins from. Season, dates and the size of your party move it, so your concierge confirms the exact amount for your stay before anything is settled. Additional services — a chef, a yacht, a celebration — are quoted separately, on request.
How do I reserve, and what does the deposit do?
Choose your residence and use Reserve. A reservation deposit — its amount shown before anything is paid — secures your request and is applied to your total. Your concierge then writes to you personally, and the balance is settled privately before you travel. Nothing is final until that confirmation reaches you.
How is availability confirmed?
By a person, not an algorithm. Privé Getaway is not a booking engine: there is no calendar and no instant confirmation. Your concierge checks your dates directly with the resort and replies with the arrangement in writing. Should those dates prove impossible, they will propose the closest alternative before anything further is settled.
May I travel with guests?
Yes. Each residence states the number of guests it accommodates, and the rate is quoted for the party travelling with you. Tell your concierge how many will come — children included — and the terms for that residence are confirmed together with the rest of the arrangement.
What does the concierge arrange?
Transfers and arrival, a private chef, a day under sail, a table that was never on any list, styling for an occasion, photography, a pantry stocked before you walk in. Additional Services describes what is asked for most often; anything that is not on it is still worth asking for.
What is the resort's club, and how does it come up?
The resort keeps a private club of its own. Privé Getaway does not sell it, and nothing here requires it — you can stay with us for years without it ever arising. Guests who have lived the experience are sometimes invited to join afterwards; if that happens, your concierge will explain it plainly. The Club describes what belonging involves.
